Documents
We’ll review a clear agreement outlining how our services work, what’s included, and any related costs. You’ll have the chance to ask questions so you feel confident before moving forward.
Support
Together, we’ll build a personalized plan based on your goals and preferences. This includes activities you enjoy and the right support to fit your needs.
Feedback
One to two weeks after services begin, we’ll check in to see how everything is going and ensure the plan is working well for you.
